I haven’t tried all of these, so I can’t vouch.  I know for my tuna salad that I make I do a mix of olive oil and mustard instead of mayo, but I don’t know in what universe Mustart is a straight up alternative to Mayonnaise.

For Salads, Avocado and Almonds are a great way to beef up the salad without adding bread!

  1. other fitblrs: ate like 120 grams of protein today!
  2. me: I had an egg
  3. other fitblrs: went on a 20 mile run!
  4. me: wait what
  5. other fitblrs: had three pounds of veggies!
  6. me: I only own about 2 vegetables
  7. other fitblrs: and hey look at this insanely long post of all these exercises I did today, earning 10,000 fitocracy points!
